Cesar has been a valued member of the Glisel Jimenez State Farm Agency since 1997. With a robust background in Electronic Engineering Technology, Curriculum Development, Training & Development, and Marketing, his transition from the Office Automation industry to joining Glisel and State Farm as Office Manager was seamless.
Cesar holds licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance. As Office Manager, his responsibilities encompass Office Administration (HR), Marketing & Advertising, organizing Community Events, and Seminar Development & Training. He also actively supports team members with all aspects of policyholder accounts, ensuring excellent service for auto, home, and life insurance needs.
Outside of the office, Cesar enjoys spending quality time with his spouse (Glisel), daughters, grandchildren, and friends. Our senior team member, Luz, has been with the Glisel Jimenez State Farm Agency almost from the beginning, having started in August 1997. She will soon celebrate her 26th anniversary with the agency. Luz is licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance, and she genuinely enjoys assisting our Summit, NJ policyholders with all their insurance requirements.
It is a core priority for her to dedicate time with each policyholder to thoroughly review their accounts, ensure all needs are met, and meticulously identify any potential gaps in coverage across policies like home, auto, or life insurance. During her time off, Luz enjoys dancing and spending time with her grandchildren.

Since then, she has achieved significant academic milestones, earning her Bachelor's degree in Economics, followed by her Master's degree in Finance in May 2020. She holds comprehensive licenses in Property, Casualty, Life & Health across the states of NJ, NY & PA.
Vanessa is exceptionally passionate about educating our customers and local business owners, prioritizing their comfort and ensuring they thoroughly understand all coverages on their insurance policies, whether for auto, home, or business needs.
