With a background in Electronic Engineering Technology, Curriculum Development, Training & Development and Marketing it was a smooth transition from the Office Automation industry to joining Glisel and State Farm in the capacity of Office Manager. Cesar is licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health. As the Office Manager, his roles include Office Administration (HR), Marketing & Advertising, Community Events, Seminar Development & Training, as well as supporting the team members in all aspects of policyholder accounts. Cesar enjoys spending time with his spouse (Glisel), daughters, grandchildren and friends. In his spare time he enjoys playing guitar, watching sports and/or enjoying a good movie.

Our senior team member, Luz, has been with the agency almost from the beginning. She started working at the Glisel Jimenez State Farm Agency in August 1997 and will be celebrating her 26th anniversary. Luz is licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance. She truly enjoys helping our policyholders with all their insurance needs. It is very important for her to take time with each policyholder to review their accounts, make sure she is addressing all their needs, and identifying any gaps in coverage. On her time off Luz enjoys dancing and spending time with her grandchildren!

Vanessa became a team member at the Glisel Jimenez Agency in May 2019 while going to school full time. Since then, she obtained her Bachelors degree in Economics, and in May of 2020 obtained her Masters degree in Finance. She is licensed in Property, Casualty, Life & Health in the states of NJ, NY & PA. Vanessa is very passionate and prioritizes educating our customers & business owners to ensure they feel comfortable and thoroughly understand all coverages on their insurance policies. During her free time she enjoys reading and playing with her nephews.

Some fun facts about about Natalia are that she graduated from William Paterson University with a Bachelor's degree in Art.
